What are runes?
Runes – we often come into contact with them through an oracle, similar to tarot cards. Are runes comparable to tarot cards?
The fact that runes are powerful beings becomes clear very quickly, at least very quickly. Runes are much more suitable than you think…
But what are these mystical runes anyway? And where do the runes come from? They come from the Celts, don’t they, or the Germanic tribes?
Do you know how to carve (the runes)? Do you know how to guess (interpret)? Do you know how to dye (with blood or ochre)? Do you know how to ask (the gods)? Do you know how to ask (for advice and help)? Do you know how to sacrifice (what do you want to give)? Do you know how to send (murmur, speak)? Do you know how to slaughter (what belongs away)?
Runes today
Runes may be seen and used differently today than they were 2-3 thousand years ago. And runes have nothing to do with a nationalist movement. But what are runes then?

Unfortunately, the drumming on the 12 apostles on 19.7. cannot take place!
We have received an official, at the same time very friendly letter from the public order office of the municipality of Solnhofen.
Unfortunately, the law prohibits us from meeting and drumming in the nature reserve. The municipality’s hands are thus tied, and the municipality cannot allow us to meet because this is regulated by state law. (An application would have to be submitted to the Federal Office …) We had a very nice conversation with two employees of the public order office, for which we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We have not experienced such a friendly way in which such things could be talked about from an official source for a long time.
The responsible employee is very positive about our idea, and will look around for a suitable place in the Altmühl Valley where we will make a joint drumming quite official. With the consent of the municipality.
We very much regret that this special action, which has called so many, cannot now take place and ask you to show understanding. After all, we all wish for a peaceful coexistence to honor those who were here before us and the protective local spirits! We know that many of you wanted to travel from far away to be there. This touched us very much and we deeply regret that we cannot welcome you to this powerful place now! We hope to meet you all in another place.

Beltane – Beltaine 2025
The fertility festival of our ancestors.
It is a moon and fire festival and is traditionally celebrated on the 5th full moon after Jul.
The light has now triumphed over the darkness of winter, the male and female forces are brought together to create something new.
New fires are lit with sacred woods and old connections are blessed anew or new connections are made.
Beltane, the festival out of time… The mists between the worlds are thin and permeable. Roots dig deeper. Projects gain stability and the fragrance of growth, diversity, new life and abundance spreads.
In a magical place in nature we will gather and celebrate Beltane with joie de vivre, wildness, joie de vivre and strength! You are so very welcome!

Graceful. Old. Ancient and powerful. The people of the stones are the oldest people on earth. The footprints of our ancestors can be felt here, their ancient songs stored in the mighty rocks. They were very probably cult places of our ancestors.
We want to remember them and thus ourselves. Let us call and honor our ancestors! Let’s call the spirits of the rocks. Let us call, honor and celebrate the local spirits, the guardians of these places.
Let us show them that we have not forgotten them and ask for their strength!
After 2024, we invite you again in 2025 to drum together with us in this wonderful, magical, ancient place.
We wish that there will be many of us to weave a powerful tapestry of sound that spans the whole valley!

We will spread out over the 12 stone formations. Drumming on each stone in turn until we fill the valley together with the sound of our drums on all 12 apostles.
